We’re going to the Auckland Food Show – powered by Bio-Diesel made from our used sunflower oil
Yes, as we’re now getting our used sunflower oil made into bio diesel, we thought it would be a good idea to drive our ageing Ford Transit van all the way up to Auckland from Nelson using bio diesel made from our used oil. We’ve only just started to use the bio diesel in our delivery van and it’s not sure that it likes it, but it’s going to have to get used to it as it’s the perfect way to get some use out of something that would otherwise be a waste product. We figured that if we use it in our van now, if it’s going to pack a sad, at least it will do it around Nelson and not on the Desert Road on our way up to Auckland! If you see us on the way up to Auckland on Monday 26th July or driving around Auckland all that week, give us a toot!
